. . . . .At OTFC we are committed to providing a holistic, collaborative and highly skilled service to children and their families. OTFC maintains Sensory Integration (Ayres Sensory Integration ©) as the core treatment modality but incorporates a unique treatment paradigm integrating techniques and skills developed over 20 years of clinic based work.
OTFC has evolved into a dynamic "teaching" practice where skills and techniques are shared amongst therapists, students, parents, carers, teachers, government and non-government organisations, to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to be empowered in working with children (including the children themselves).
Therapists at OTFC have experience and are committed to working with children with; Developmental delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, language delay/ disorder, specific and non-specific learning difficulties (Dyslexia), Sensory Integrative Difficulties / Disorder, Gross and Fine Motor coordination difficulties (dyspraxia), Handwriting difficulties, attention difficulties (ADH/D), Behavioural issues and Genetic disorders (Fragile X, Phelan McDermid, Kabuki's, Angelman's and Downs Syndrome)
